Will my ₹599 renew automatically next year?

No. We don't auto-renew. Two weeks before your membership ends, we'll send you a WhatsApp reminder with a link to renew. If you do nothing, your membership quietly ends. No subscription traps.

What if I need to cancel mid-year?

You can cancel any time. For cancellations in the first 30 days, we'll refund in full. After that, we prorate your refund based on months used — hassle-free, no retention calls.

Does the Plant Doctor cover plants I didn't buy from you?

Yes. Send us a photo of any plant in your home — bought from us, a friend's cutting, a nursery down the road — and we'll help.

I live in a remote pin code — does the club still work for me?

Probably. WhatsApp support and the Almanac reach every pin code we can post to. Shipping depends on logistics partners — enter your pin code on any product page and we'll confirm. If we can't ship to you yet, we won't charge you for membership until we can.

Is this a subscription box? Do plants arrive monthly?

No. We don't believe in forcing plants on people. The Club is about support, not shipments. You buy plants when you want them, at member prices.

Can I gift this membership?

Yes. Gift memberships come with a printed welcome card and a small plant included (usually a Pothos or a Pilea). Message us on WhatsApp to arrange.

Some plants forgive. All plants notice.
