Before you message us

My plant arrived damaged — what do I do?

WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Show us the damage, your shipping label, and the plant. We'll replace it — hassle-free, at no extra cost. If your plant dies within 30 days for any reason, same process.

How long does shipping take?

3–7 days across India, depending on your pin code. We dispatch Monday through Thursday so your plant doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Enter your pin code on any product page for an exact timing.

Do you deliver to [specific city]?

Almost certainly. We ship to cities across India. Enter your pin code on any product page and we'll confirm instantly. If we can't reach your pin code with a plant-safe route, we'll tell you — not take your money and hope.

Can I order a specific plant for a gift / event?

Yes. WhatsApp us with your date, your recipient's city, and any budget or style preferences. We'll suggest 3–5 options, include a handwritten note, and hold shipping to arrive on the day you want.

Do you do corporate / bulk orders?

We do — but only if we can actually support them. For orders over 20 plants, we prefer to plan ahead so we can grow or source appropriately. Email hello@annanursery.shop with your brief.

I'm not in India — can you still ship to me?

We don't ship live plants internationally — the quarantine logistics are punishing and the plants rarely survive. We can ship accessories, care guides, and gift the Care Club as long as the recipient is in India.
