Yes. Cuttings root in 10-14 days. Keep changing the water every 2 weeks. Growth is slower than in soil, but no less beautiful.
Prune back and stick the cuttings back into the same pot. Each cutting roots and thickens the plant. It's the easiest fuller-plant hack.
